AISAFE™ Trust Passport validity shall not exceed 12 months. Continued validity is conditional upon maintenance of the validated control environment, completion of required risk classification reviews, and notification of material changes.

Risk maturity shall normally be reassessed annually. Risk reassessment frequency shall be determined by the assessed risk profile and may require quarterly, six-monthly, annual or continuous monitoring. A material change or significant AI incident may trigger an immediate reassessment irrespective of the scheduled review date.
